Service Description

 When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work and your personal preferences to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.  We’ll install up to 4 client-supplied cables  We’ll install and configure your nonrestricted stand-alone computer  We’ll connect and configure the cameras to your existing IP- or video-based network. We’ll also help you set up any applicable apps on your device to control the cameras.  We’ll demonstrate how to use the new system and components, and let you know how to contact us for future support.  For any additional cameras, an add-on charge must be assessed for installation. *Additional charges will apply if camera(s) or camera accessories will be placed on a surface such as brick or stucco

Cancellation Policy

$25 CANCELLATION FEE-24 hours notice is required to cancel an approved appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $25 CANCELLATION FEE.
