Cancellation Policy
**Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy**
Avalon Smart Homes requests at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 fee. Missed appointments, denied property access, or cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may also result in applicable service or travel charges, where disclosed and agreed to in advance.
For Catalina Island appointments, multi-day installations, and projects requiring special-order equipment or travel arrangements, additional cancellation terms may apply as outlined in the approved proposal or service agreement.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. Avalon Smart Homes may waive cancellation fees at its discretion.
